The cottages and motel are in a beautifully landscaped environment that include some towering pines, a stream and a small duck pond.  We are proud to offer a clean environment, therefore no smoking is allowed in any of the cottages, motel rooms or outside on the property.

Our 10 beautiful and cozy cottages have been completely renovated and are tastefully decorated with quaint New England furnishings to preserve the atmosphere of historic Maine.  All have different configurations and many have full or partial efficiencies.

The Cottages

Step back in time in one of our 9 nostalgic 1940's style motel rooms, many with ocean views, private bath, cable TV, small fridge and a coffee maker.  7 rooms have a full size and a twin bed.  One room has a queen size bed and one room has 2 twin beds.

Motel rates are based on double occupancy. 

There is a $10 charge for each additional guest.  Children 12 and under stay for free.

Pet Policy

One of our double-occupancy cottages is reserved for customers with a small dog (15 lbs and under) under strict regulations and by reservations only.  We are sorry that we cannot accept other animals or provide other units, however we are happy to recommend excellent local boarding facilities.
